Hello everyone max life insurance is a time passing company to work for it
my mother is agent in this company
and here if you have contacts as much as to earn some appreciable number of policies than you will be honoured in office 20% maximum commission that you get from policies
and their is levels of star that you get after successfull no. of policies
a big dissappointing con is that the sales manager which is agents head they react vigorously regarding policy if you cannot take policy means you are inferior
hence agents are in tension and do not tell each aspects of policy and customer understands not much well and time of maturity the fraud type of things occur
